As I understand what you're doing Kapalabhati for 15 minutes and stench of 300.
1. Pranayama Kapalabhati generates large amounts of energy and our body must be physically fit to make kapalabhati. You must integrate pranayama kapalabhati practice of asanas and pranayama.
2. Kapalabhati do alone may not work so effective.
3. you can gradually increase the repetitions of kapalabhati and there is no upper limit as such. Depends on your practice and health. You can practice as long as you feel comfortable.
4. your health will improve with proper diet, regular practice of yoga and lifestyle changes.
