If I stop doing yoga and keep the diet will be gaining weight? I want to practice yoga for weight loss. After weight loss, I want to stop yoga. I will win my weight again?

It is recommended that you continue with your yoga practice, even after losing weight. Although some people think that yoga can try to stop and keep your weight with diet control, but it is easier said than done.

Now if you stop doing yoga after weight loss, weight can back depending on your lifestyle, diet and physical activity levels.

I don't understand why you'll like to stop the practice of yoga. After losing weight if you can control your diet, ideal course of action to maintain the weight can be:

~ Reduce time to practice yoga or do it on alternate days, rather than stop its practice of yoga.
~ Yoga has many benefits besides weight loss, and you may not want to lose them and continue with the practice of yoga.
~ Make any other exercise regularly like running, Cold, hiking, cycling or swimming.
~ Keep physically active lifestyle.
