It is understood that you are familiar with the practice of yoga and pranayama, and now you want to do kapalabhati during business hours. You can make kapalabhati or any other pranayama in Office. Even you can make pranayama for a few minutes, but do it in a relaxed, proceed slowly and don't rush. If you are a beginner, it is better to learn it properly in the first, and then practice in your Office.

Make sure you're sitting in correct posture in a Chair. The Chair shall be stable with a horizontal base. Sit erect keeping your spine, neck and head straight similar to sukhasana.

Room/Office should be well ventilated. Will be better if you can find a separate room/balcony with least disturbance/background noises.

You can run pranayama in your daily wear clothing since his clothes is not very tight.

You can make breathing rhythm/alom vilom before doing pranayama kapalabhati and subsequently make rhythmic breathing for a few minutes to cool off on your body. It is also ideal to end your session by focusing your mind, keeping your eyes closed. You should be able to calm your mind after each session. Even a few minutes of breathing exercises can make you feel better harmony and energy.

Where you can manage, can become aware of your breath and breathe rhythmically sitting in its place even while working. Simply assume the correct posture. This way you can improve your consciousness and benefit greatly by paying close attention to your breathing pattern.
