Yoga can be done in the morning and at night too? Or should we do this on an empty stomach?

1. Yes you can do yoga, a morning and evening too. Although Yoga doesn't seem tiring like any other sport or exercise, it is always advisable to gradually increase Yoga time and number of repetitions. Because when you start doing yoga good rest are required to do yoga on the next day, so that your body isn't hard/aching due to about effort.

2. whenever you do yoga your stomach must be empty.(Not eat anything 3 hours before doing yoga)

3. best time to yoga is to get up early in the morning before sunrise, clear your bowels. Drink a glass of lemon juice, if necessary. Tea is not recommended, but if you can't leave the habit, has tea with minimal milk and sugar.

4. doing yoga on the night, do it around time sunset. In case you come home after work, you can take fresh fruit juice, lime juice preference or tea from 45 minutes to one hour prior to yoga.

5. If you feel thirsty you can drink a glass or half the water. Drink water moderately before yoga class, means drinking as minimum as needed.
