Life was all fun life, carefree, achievements and successes until I got married. My body began to go through many changes. After two complicated deliveries my back were lasts 30 years. Do the routine of everyday life become a challenge that instilled fear, I had also low self image. This thought leadership to sort of depression.

I live in Dubai and I happened to meet a person called Mr Sanjeev Krishnan who took me through a procedure back strengthening Asanas. The experience was so beautiful, I felt relief joints. Basic Stretches with proper breathing taught me. The relief that I experienced, motivated to regularity.

Every day, at the same time, in a same place I started doing yoga for two years. I became quite normal, but not reduce the bulk of the weight of thought. Then I started going to a fitness instructor at a nearby gym. In the three months that I got into a foot bones as dengue, where I was not able to move the entire body.

I ran back to my guru yoga, pranayama started lots along with the asanas and now I'm back to normal. Weight reduction is not the key, your stay fit and healthy for making my day is head over what is needed.

Calm mental, flexible body with light diet help me to be cool during the day. YOGA is my way of life and I look forward to doing it EVERYDAY.
