Technique to generate Ujjayi Sound.
During inhalation and exhalation, as air flows through the throat a softer sound is produced by the partial closure of the glottis. Concentrate on the passage of air through the throat and restrict the passage by contracting the glottis.

For the creation of sound, vocal cords are not used only, resistance to air flow causes throat in sound.

By ujjayi breathing created the sound reminds, sound of ocean waves or snoring gentle a newborn child.

It is better to learn it from a teacher of Yoga that can display, and then you can keep practicing.

Steps
1. it is easier to produce the sound while exhaling compared with inhalation. Therefore, first try to get the sound to vent.

2. only to get an idea, put a mirror in front of your mouth and try fog mirror by exhale through your mouth, a lightweight sound is created without activation of vocal cords. Now exhale through your mouth and try to restrict the passage of air to create the sound. Restrict the passage of throat by contract the muscles of the neck. Imagine air is traversing the throat and neck muscles contract to restrict the passage.

3. now try to produce the sound to inhale and exhale as well.

4. It will take some time to master the sound. Therefore, be patient and don't spoil the air quality to create the sound. With patience and regular practice, you will be able to generate ujjayi breathing sound.

5. during the initial practice, slight irritation in the throat can express but goes away after some days of practice.

Precautions
1. no more exercise to run ujjayi. Should not be forced to breath.

2. Breath must be constant, gentle and rhythmic.
