It is not advisable for yoga practice walking barefoot. Always use a yoga mat of good quality to do yoga. You can do yoga, distributing your carpet in wood or concrete floors in your room or in bed of grass in your lawn green well-kept.

Your yoga mat should make it comfortable while sitting, lying down or when doing advanced poses as chakarasana. Here are some reasons why Yoga should not be practiced in walk naked.

Comfort while doing Yoga
1. you must be absolutely comfortable when doing yoga. If you try to practice on a hard surface, such as wood or concrete floor there will be no damping for the parts of the body. Body parts in contact with the ground hard will not allow you to concentrate when making an asana. Yoga mats provide the necessary damping and insulation between you and the floor. A good treadmill provides the much needed damping if you want to sit too long on any pose of meditation session.

2. the rug should not be too thick that you don't feel the floor level, but it should be a bit thick in order to provide the necessary damping.

Energy drain
2. A cold and hard floor will make you uncomfortable and you can't concentrate on your yoga practice. The hard floor does not provide that any breathing space and any sweat from the body make your clothes sticky and uncomfortable. A yoga mat provides isolation floor and also ensures that the energy of your body is not lost to the ground.

Improve balance and coordination.
3. bare Floor may become slippery. A sticky Yoga mat is ideal as it doesn't slip when you're doing yoga. The carpet will help improve balance and coordination. This will help you maintain a balance in various yoga poses, keeping their hands and feet firmly in position.

Considerations for hygiene
4. yoga practice defines stress about good cleaning and personal hygiene. A clean carpet will reduce the possibility of exposure to germs, bacteria or fungal infections, as it avoids contact with the ground or floor nu. It is advisable not to share the mats for reasons of hygiene.

5. A yoga mat is your personal space to do yoga.

Wishing you a healthy yoga practice.
