July 30th, reducing belly with Yoga Poses

Is there any Yoga pose to reduce belly? If yes then how long it takes to reduce belly. Now I'm 23 years old.

Hello Parveen

There are effective weight loss without self-discipline on eating and regular exercise. Weight loss is possible through Yoga only if you follow the principles of yogic diet. Practice moderation in regular diet, doing yoga (asanas, pranayama and meditation) and sleep well.
