You did not write his age, flexibility and fitness levels. For example, some people who don't do yoga can do easily padmasana or Lotus pose whereas for some people requires perseverance and patience to achieve this asana. Therefore easier yoga poses will vary from person to person.
Even to start with easy yoga poses, seek guidance from an expert. Understand the concepts of Yoga and the correct technique for each asana.
Here are some of the yoga poses that can be made by any person who has no known medical problem. These poses advantage is that people less flexible can also try these poses, except inversions. Even if you don't achieve the perfect pose at the beginning, you can stretch until allows your body.
Easier Yoga poses
Permanent. Tadasana (mountain pose), Trikonasana (triangle pose), Vrikshasana (tree pose)
Seated poses. Baddha Konasana (Bound Angle Pose),
Sukhasana (Easy Pose), Vajrasana (diamond pose), Padmasana (Lotus pose)
Forward Bends. Janu Sirshasana (Head-to-knee Bend Forward) or Paschimottanasana (seated Forward Bend)
Backbends. Bhujangasana (Cobra pose), Dhanurasana (bow pose), Shalabhasana (carob pose), Ustrasana (camel pose)
Inversions. For these asanas, it is recommended to learn how a teacher specialist. Halasana (plow pose), Sarvanghasana (Shoulderstand), Shirshasana (Headstand)
For relaxation.
Savasana (Corpse Pose), Yoga Nidra
Note: after doing yoga poses, you can do a few rounds of alom rhythmic breath or breathing vilom. If you find beneficial, learn more pranayama techniques.
