I weighed 78 kg at the time of delivery of my first child. After delivery weight down to 75kgs for healthy food, but baby I was full rich fatty diet and then there was virtually no chance for weight loss. I was determined that allow the first six months pass, then I will switch to yoga and control my diet strictly and there I was with my yoga asanas and a wonderful solution for weight loss. I used to dive 2 tablespoons powder triphala overnight in a glass of water and in the morning cooked it until it becomes the half. Then add the lemon juice and a spoon of honey and have it then by an hour Yoga on an empty stomach. Now 10 months ended and I weigh 57 kg. I feel very good to see me in my previous tops and jeans.

Try it, it is shooting the reason for your weight loss. But control your diet mainly rice and sweet. Use dalia instead of rice and sugar instead of sugar.
