Healthy diet
I'm the girl 20 years. What do I do in my diet?
Response
1. you should eat moderately and do yoga regularly or any other exercise to stay fit. You should not skip meals.
2. try to eat healthy foods and nutritious. Eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and sprouts. Soups are also recommended. Avoid refined bread flour and other processed foods.
3. drink milk and eat nuts every day to have a glowing skin.
4. Always eat fresh food. Avoid eating foods obsolete or food processing. Avoid eating out as much as possible. Avoid fast food and sugar.
5. drink lots of water to stay hydrated.
6. If you are under stress, relax a bit and after eating food.
7. eat anything you want, provided that it is healthy and nutritious.
8. as far as possible, don't eat anything after sunset. early Dinner and enjoy seven to eight hours of sleep.
