March 16, skin disorders due to diabetes and hypothyroidism

I'm diabetic since a year and a half and also developed hypothyroidism due to this. I am facing the problem of pigmentation of the skin due to the same. My face seems uneven. I want to learn some Yoga exercises that can be good for diabetics, thyroid problems and skin.

It is clear that we need to take medications for diabetes and hypothyroidism in consultation with her endocrinologist. It is very important for you to take your medicine regularly. If you feel that you are benefiting from yoga, you can consult your doctor to reduce the dose.

From my personal experience, I can understand the pain and inconvenience associated with thyroid and parathyroid glands.

You need to understand that in addition to yoga, you have to take care of yourself. Keep your weight under control should be the absolute priority, around important issues is strict diet control and keep good spirits always to avoid stress.

You can follow the yoga poses in Yoga sequence given widespread. It is better to learn yoga from an experienced teacher and then gradually buidl your practice. In your case the asanas that can be beneficial are Surya Namskara (Sun salutation pose, Sarvanghasana, Paschimottasana (seated forward bend pose) or Janushirasana (head of knee pose), Naukasana (boat pose), Pavamuktasana (wind relieve pose), Uttanpadasana, Matsyasana, Mandukasana and Savasana. Try these exercises effective weight loss as well.

Pranayama, practicing alom vilom for relaxation, drishtis for thyroid and kapalabhati for weight loss.
