July 24, yoga in 67 years

I am 67 years and now everything alone, living in my own apartment in an apartment where most are schoolmates retired. My husband had a stroke in 2005 and after all the suffering was not more in 2008. Our three daughters are married and out of season, but call/send mails. I'm glad to have appreciated the company four grandchildren. I have a choice to stay with anyone now. Now I have all the time just personally. I'm a fan of AOL to and yoga. From 2005 to 2008 the doctor advised me to take Alprax, so I could sleep a little.

But now, while lying I do some exercises thigh, and knee and breath count and I don't know when I sleep!!! I watch yoga and prayag programs too.

It's great to know that you have adopted yoga and has helped sleep sound natural remedies. Yoga practice started even in about 40 years of age can ensure that you can lead a healthy lifestyle and active as you age. Control of breathing and meditation are particularly effective in old age.
