Somewhere along the journey, yoga in the West has stretching system are identified, as is suitable only for flexible people. The number of times I hear someone say, 'I can't do yoga, I am not flexible' was enough for me, so that it can be released not only among those already doing yoga, but those who want to write about. I am sure that if you practice yoga, you many times before have heard the same statement. Perhaps we can turn this false belief and heard say:
"I am inflexible, yoga is definitely for me"!
The physical side of Yoga was not developed for / of people who do the splits and contact node. It was developed as much more time move spent and their body's full potential to discover people who start, connect to your body through movement and enjoyed it. As a result, they were stronger and more flexible. Depending on what you started with (genes, bone structure, physiological trends, lifestyle, etc...), and how much you practised impossible to perform some poses for the majority of the population. In yoga, we go a step further: you must step aside and enjoy movement and breath doing what is good for you consciously. You need to do something!
Our body has an own intelligence, and it does its best to heal and updated daily. However, our habits have created so much limitation throughout the body, we remain unaware to which step until we on the mat.
To feel how these constraints are created, I want you to imagine, wear a shirt that covers the whole body from the toes to the top of the head. Now, imagine that it tighter and tighter gradually (on a daily basis ever), but it happens so slowly that you don't notice where your feeling of disorientation comes. After years of wear this slowly shrinking Leotard start feeling uncomfortable, so much that you project this discomfort outside and react accordingly. Do everything to forget this restlessness and go by itself to find a permanent escape from feeling in is caught. You start out of nowhere to breathe the difficulties to sleep and to start with fear. All the things you have heard deteriorate with age. As happens all the time see it around you, you take it as a normal and give in it...
But perhaps there is another reason: your fascia is like this shirt with contrast, it is not only to your entire body from the outside, but also each cell every muscle, tendon, ligament, Organ…. with age, stress that streamlines it with the same way that if instead of attitude (let us imagine sitting for hours long at the end), lose your Leotard would its form - your body fascia changes form according to your usual movement - or lack of it. I don't think this stop at a postural level the fascia is very deep and therefore all physiological systems are affected (transport, nervous, lymphatic, Glandular….). If you are not flexible, your fascia your inner Leotard become very narrow and concerns as you breathe think relate to others and generally towards life feel.
Through yoga, we begin to see the effect of our way of life in our body, we see the habits that the body has picked up, start, and we learn to undo these habits. How we are working on opening and RID strengthening the body and it of its tendencies, our mind is affected. How we feel more freedom within we start to this project and see live the world a better place. Feel more space in the body and mind our attitude changes the world around us seems like a friendly place and we start tuning in the wisdom of the universe; Therefore, our lives are enriched with more happiness than we previously experienced.
Open and expand the body and see for yourself how the world before your very eyes the opens. What feel inside, outside. What see outside, inside. If you remove start freedom and peace through voltage of the most tangible place life would you in!
