Non-attachment in Yoga: Exploring Inner Vocabulary

One of the most powerful elements of practicing yoga is the not system.  In Sanskrit is called Vairagya about, translated as detachment or renunciation in particular renunciation from the pain and joy in the material world a term.  Compliance with the Vairagya is a simple concept in a process, but practicality is a demanding practice.

Our attachment to material things, people and experiences is what pulls us away from freedom and connection to yourself.  By itself, we are a grounded connection able to dispel the burden of materialism: desire to acquire the need and the false sense of existence by the Association for things and others.

In this exploration of not attachment, I found an interesting experiment with games.  Our first experience with the material world and performed in existence the tarnished connected starts truth from the formation of vocabulary.  When we are young, are the words which often learned first 'my' and 'me'.

In practice we take ownership of things, owner of the products connected to through relationships.  But if we choose to watch non-attachment and strip away the concept of "ownership", we recognize the irrelevance of the words extreme use of these two.  It is true that if we take on the responsibility of something, we take on a social, moral or civil responsibility.  For example, we buy a House, we are responsible for taxes and maintenance.  But once we to the labels of 'my place' and 'me' this item of property, we easily link this material possessions to who we are - let us vulnerable to judgment, the misery of loss prone to overcome by the loads acquisition more and satisfy desires the achievement.

By recognizing how powerful the words 'believe' and 'me', I decided the ways to eliminate these words from the vocabulary of illusion I use (note as I did not say my vocabulary).  Shedding, is the first process of the management of the manifestations of thinking my vocabulary of these words.

Consider addressing, how to use the words 'believe' and ' mine 'in your vocabulary."  How vibrating these words in your state of thinking and the way that flow through life?  You may create which organizations are, when you use these words.  Our words are a final manifestation, vibrations are what our soul goes out and reflect the level of the connection we have to yourself.
