Hi, Daljit

I appreciate your response to my previous question.

After my third delivery I have the problem of upper abdomen protruded, which begins just below the chest. This is not a problem for most women. Some women have no upper belly. Because it begins just below the chest gives a look of pregnancy.

I could do all asanas that reduces abdominal fat, which is Dhanurasa, Paschimotanasana, Bhujangasana, Shalabhasana, Padotanasana, three cycles of Suryanamskar, pada sirshasana Mandukasana, Ek, and a few minutes Kapalbhathi, etc. I'm doing for about three months.

I don't see any improvements, I would not say no reduction at the top of the belly. I'm trying to Sarpasana and Dhanur Swinging too (front and back).

My question is are special Asana for just to give attention to the top of the belly? Please help me in this regard as soon as possible. I'm so sick of seeing my body not obtained any improvement after try constantly to yoga. I reduced my diet as well as a half-dose and adding some fruit and veg FYI.

Thanks in advance.
Shakila.
