Anulom Vilom Kapalbhati and Can be done while travelling in the car since I got to spend nearly four hours every day in the car?

Response
It's not advisable to do in a car as pranayama pranayama is being at the same time, achieving a stable yoga pose. If you're driving or a passenger of a moving car, there is considerable body movements due to movement of the vehicle. There is fresh air inside the vehicle/congested roads of the city. Moreover, it is difficult to keep the backbone maintenance natural curve erect spine.

Pranayama is different from the physiological point of view of breathing. Pranayama requires that you hold that a pose of being comfortable and brain must not be under stress. In pranayama, respiratory system is used to relax the nervous system without straining the nerves. The body should be relaxed. While in a moving vehicle, the mind is not totally relaxed and this affects the process of breathing.

As BKS Iyengar says in his book "the light in life", "yogic breathing, the brain and the extremeties of the body remains passive and only the lungs are activated."

However, you can practice awareness of breath and try to move rhythmically breathing in car.
