Design Your Fall Yoga Ritual for Vitality

In autumn the vata dosha is take potentially dominant, your physical, intellectual and/or energetic body out of balance. The following Yoga and wellness tips from Melina Meza's new book, "art of sequencing - volume 2, vata, helps create balanced presence in autumn a stable grounding.
CASE daily RITUAL (Dinacharya)
All these practices but if the list seems overwhelming, tracks can be, select a few practices best, commit the feedback with you and to you for up to three months.
·        Try to a daily routine in autumn, stick planning more time than usual to prevent vata imbalance.

·        Lead abhyanga with warm sesame oil. Let the oil on your skin for 10-30 minutes, nourish and protect your skin from drying out to help. Follow with a warm shower.
·        Homemade soups are good dietary carrying this season as they both hot and liquid, the opposite of vata that is cold and dry.  Include in your soups or stews to keep the essence of the Earth in your belly copious amounts of root vegetables and hearty grains. In General, you prepare warm, moist food for every meal in the autumn.
·        Sit down to eat at regular times during the day; The more routine your meals are, the better. Practice food like meditation, dine Chew until it is liquid and set the utensil between bites only are a few simple ways to ensure good digestion and strong Agni.
·        Increase your enjoyment of food that are sweet (such as rice, milk and dates) sour (such as yoghurt and fermented foods) and salty (such as sea kelp), because help soothe and maintain vata.
·        Avoid starting too many new projects that attract your energy in several directions! Keep in mind the autumn is a time to the Pack, projects and prepare for winter hibernation.
·        Objective for sleeping cat before 10: 00 and get a sleep full eight hours every night.
GENERAL ASANA TIPS FOR THE AUTUMN
More of the following in your practice to integrate:
·        A routine where the time of day and length of your practice is consistent. It can be helpful to write your routine by down your yoga and exercise time slots on a weekly calendar.
·        Yoga poses that deep run the bandhas, Prana to take in your body, which then prepares for: Pratyahara (at the moment your sensory organs not more food from the external environment search), Dharana (concentration) and dhyana (steady concentration or meditation).
